The service here is better than what you find at the big box stores but sometimes there isn't enough staff to go around. We have bought adult skis and rented a kit for a young child and they gave great advice. Location is very convenient and the prices are fair but don't expect any sales, they do stock more selection are some great non made in China brands. Be careful with the opening hours as they seem to change randomly even their own website is incorrect so call ahead.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. Answered all of our many questions, expertly chose the right fit of boots for our feet, and gave us advice according to our skill level. The pricing is also very fair, especially at the end of the season.

Great shop. Great service. Knowledgeable. Many years in the business. What else can I say? I'm a happy customer.

Terrible shopping experience. I went with my girlfriend to buy her ski boots, skis and poles. There are no prices listed on almost nothing in the store. You need to ask the owner or his partner each time you want a price on something which makes no sense. I felt like we were taken for a ride and he was making up prices as he went. Yes they know what they are talking about but I NEVER heard of a store with no listed prices. A word of advice check your prices on your smartphone before buying otherwise get ready for over paying. Luckily I found the same ski boot at Sports Experts website and he agreed to match it. I would not go back.

Small shop but the people that work here have always been helpful. I always bring my bindings to them for mounting and they have been helping me for years to tweak my boots. I appreciate that they do not try to sell me different boots when I have boot issues and instead try everything they can to make the fit better.
