The young guys that have this shop are friends of a friend's son so thought I'd give it a try and go there to get some upgrading and work done on my mountain bike. Kids working there were great to deal with and did an excellent job on my bike at an excellent price. If you're younger it also looks like a cool place to hang out. Impressed!

My experience at the store has been very positive so far. I was quite pleased with the tune-up I got on my bike, they were able to tune my gears better than other stores where I had paid quite a bit more money... I also really appreciated the friendliness of the service. I obviously don't ride as hard as I once did (went in with baby, etc), and in many shops I have a hard time getting any service at all. These guys answered my questions, helped me out, and chatted a bit about their vision/approach for the shop. They seem like an approachable crew interested in reaching out to riders of all levels. I think they will do well in promoting riding in Sudbury and I hope they keep this great friendly attitude when the shop grows.

These guys are super knowledgeable with any ski equipment. They have super good customer service helping you with anything you need. I've bought skis, ski boots and winter gloves from here and they have the best selection in town for equipment. Each time i have gone to their shop they're always super positive and in a great mood each time. Really nice people. Also a great thing that they are doing so many competitions and events at ski hills around Sudbury. Make sure to check sessions out for any ski, snowboard, bike etc. equipment because they are the best store in town.

I brought my bike in to get a small tune up and clean and it took 7 days to get my bike back. Not to mention the bike wasn't cleaned properly, the wheels were not trued (straightened) properly, they never mentioned that a gear cable had wear and they didn't spot the broken rear brake adjuster(at the brake itself). The back wheel had lateral play, because the cones were not tightened properly either. I would have done it myself, but i don't have the proper bicycle tools, so i thought id through them a bone. As the old saying goes, "if you want something done right, do it yourself".
