We have never been snowboarding before and wanted a smaller place with individualized attention that wasn't pricey. We got our wish. Our instructor was an experienced boarder and had the greatest amount of patients for my 2 young boys. The slopes were not intimidating and after learning for about 2 or 3 hours, we hit the slopes and had the greatest time ever. If you're looking for a fancy resort, this isn't it. If you're looking for a great location to learn and practice your skills, this is it.

Great ski resort with lots of fun hills. When I visited it was icy and I fell a lot. They offer reletavely inexpensive rentals and lessons which is useful if you are a beginner downhill skier. They also offer snowboarding lessons and rentals. The resort is well taken care of. Some of the staff were a little rude at times if I asked a question or two. Other than that my experience was great and I highly recommend going here.

Wonderful place for snowboarding! Hills are tall enough for you to enjoy a good ride. Parking is pretty convenient. Lady at the store selling gears is friendly and she gave us good instruction of how to use and client feedback of the instant wax we bought there. Food is of fair price. Lodge is of good size. Not too busy on the Sunday we went. Lifts are wide. If you go after 1230, you'll be buying afternoon ticket which is $62 as opposed to the regular ticket at $71, wonderful for me who don't leave home early.... I love the experience there!

Great beginner hill! Lineups for the lift move fast, price for rentals + ticket was pretty good (about $120). Lots of parking available. It's not a massive hill but I don't have much else to compare in Ontario. Takes about 2 minutes to get down the hill at a comfortable speed. Would recommend for those who are beginners and just looking for an easy-going ski/board. My only complaint is that the chairlifts do not have a little bar to rest your skiis or snowboard on, which can be a little uncomfortable.

This is a great mountain for beginners and experienced skiers and snowboarders. All of the hills were open when we visited, and it was easy to make our way around the resort. The chalet has a lot of food options, with a space for eating packed food as well as a bar with a wide variety of alcoholic drinks. The employees working in the rental area were very helpful and getting from the rentals to the hills did not take long.
