I bought a ski card online but since it was my first time ever buying one, I had no idea how this worked. The people at the reception were very helpful and managed to explain everything to me while being nice.

The attendants were super nice and accommodating. We had first time skiers in our party. The staff took time to fit every one with gear even though we had a difficult to size person. They took their time and got everything just right. We rented equipment for 3 days and each time they were patient. The equipment was in better condition than I expected. They have everything you need onsight. They even provided a pair of gloves for a member in our party that forgot his in the room. Lessons and get pricey but we're worth it. Kids were speeding down the bunny slope in no time.

Utterly pathetic customer service from Simone (January 25, 2018) at board/ski setup. Condescending and aggressive towards first time skiers and boarders.

We made a reservation online for snow jacket and pants rental and still had to wait in line only to learn that they ran out. Took us more than half an hour only to get refunded. They really need better systems and organization

Quality of ski gear better than I thought. Staff know their stuff but pick up time for skis happens all at the same time and even with 4 attendants it goes a little slowly
