For anyone who is new to snowboarding, don't hesitate to walk into Fathom Boards with limited knowledge, they'll guide you through every step. I walked into Fathom to look for new snowboarding gear for the 2019 season when Mike approached to check up me. Its been a long time since Ive looked at snowboarding technology and was very overwhelmed. Through conversation Mike taught me, based on the info I gave him, what style board I would likely need for my riding style. He took the time to show me similar styles in low-moderate-high price points. Mike and the associate Austin who was also working that evening were both very friendly, professional and honest. I will absolutely return to shop for new gear at Fathom Boards.

Went in today for a binding repair but actually ended up buying bindings. The guy who helped me put me in the right bindings cause my old ones weren’t the right size for my board. Made my snowboard way better. Highly recommend anyone to check these guys out for any of your snowboarding needs!

They hooked me up with a replacement strap for my binding when I couldn't find one at other shops. Picked up a pair of boots on sale. Awsome customer service and great product selection
