I had never skied before this year. (I'm 53) I took 2 lessons and have skied several times since. In my experience, the runs are maintained nicely, the staff is friendly and very helpful. The instructors are very experienced and patient.

We won few tickets for skiing at ski show in Chicago. Thank to that we came and we find out that this is a great place to ski. We came on spring break, there was still plenty of snow and only a few people on slopes. We really enjoy skiing here. And the bonus was that they had late season prices which were $40 for adult, $35 teen and also the promotion for kids during the week only $10... I never had the chance to buy lift tickets for my kids at such a low price. We’ll be back someday.

Skied two days during a dump of a foot of snow. It was awesome and the kids loved it too. My daughter really liked the terrain park's features. Inside was warm and cozy, with a huge fireplace to enjoy.

The resort is awesome. Great trail layouts and adequate number of lifts for the size of the hill. Being from Denver, I was impressed with the overall experience. As a snowboarder, it was great. My only recommendation is that if you need rental boots, I’d check all the options in the area. The Head single boa boots are great for normal groomed conditions but since we were lucky to get powder conditions, the boots’ design didn’t cut it. Snow gets under the lip cover at the front of the boot causing the boot to get wet. It didn’t hinder the ride whatsoever but definitely can be improved for comfort. Head is a great brand but that’s my only grievance with a phenomenal experience. Ride on, one love.

My first experience skiing in Michigan in something like 17 years. Great place. Good staff, great for questions and get you boots and skis that fit like a glove. Ski patrol was great for questions on the slope too. Site wasn't too big and not too touristy, we were pointed to the right side of the valley by friends. Good routes and fast lifts. Makes me want to pick up the hobby. Beer at the bar is well priced too!
