Very nice a clean location with a wide variety of items/ brands to choose from. I wish their staff would show more resence and attend to customers rightaway instead of having to go all the way to the cashier for help.

Helpful staff. Store has a lot of selection of clothing and some equipment.

This store location has to be the absolute worst. Don’t bother driving there or calling in. They put you on hold for over an hour on the phone and leave you standing around in store. Little knowledge about equipment and will even bad mouth other customers right in front of you. I would have called head office to put in a complaint rather than leaving this review but they are closed on weekends. Go figure.Trying to get anything accomplished by them is just a WASTE of time!!

staff was kind enough to recognize when the change room needed to be opened without me having to ask. place was clean and neat. only downside was that some of the products were put in the wrong packaging

We arrived at the store 2mins after closing. The store hours online were incorrect stating the store closed at 10. We were there at 9:32. We were sent from the Barrie store to the Vaughan Mills store in error to buy a coat. The staff at the woodbridge store understood our problem and allowed us to come in. The sraff were pleasant and helped me find what I was looking for and we were out very quickly.
