Had the bases on my skis repaired along with a complete tune. Next day turn around time allowed me to get back on the slopes fast. Fantastic tune and service.

My experience at Sola Salons was the best and most grateful I ever had. I will definitely go back. Cynthia is the best stylist ever.

The only place that is a longer wait is the doctor's office. I should have remembered this from years past. I have always felt like no matter how busy (or not busy) I felt like I always ended up closing down the place. It wouldn't be bad if they at least gave you the opportunity to decide if you really wanted to wait by giving you a realistic wait time. I didn't care if the work was done that day. They said getting the bindings set up would take 20 minutes. Went to dinner and came back... They hadn't even started, and then one comment that they would get it started and be 15 minutes? 20 more minutes and nothing. Asked for an update and who knows how long 5 minutes lasts? Then finally we get the skis and they had been ready for who knows how long. Communication would go a long way.

My total came to $54. I handed the cashier two $20 bills and expected $14 to be charged onto my debit card. It turns out that the cashier missed $20 somehow and charged my card $34. Once I discovered the problem, I called and explained that my receipt was wrong, and that I was overcharged. I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. The manager said that there was no proof that I paid $40 in cash, but after my persistance he finally said that he would call me after counting the cash drawer after closing if they had an extra $20. They did. I received no apology, and the manager sounded annoyed with me when he is the one employing somebody incompetent.
