Terrible service. I don’t live anywhere close to this store. Drove in to drop off my Canada goose coat for repair and the lady told me to wait until summer because it was a 12 week wait. Came back to drop it off and was then told I needed to professionally dry clean my coat before Canada goose would repair it. I could either drive all the way back to where I live and do it or pay sporting life $45. Staff should be trained in all the details and protocols and inform clients. So much for a free lifetime guarantee on an over priced coat. They’re making money off your repairs by not disclosing key information. Really disappointing and manager would not even come out to speak with me.

Cool store with great staff. Came in last weekend looking for new snow gear for my husband and son and Tomy was a life saver! He helped us locate the sizes we needed, even when inventory was flying off the shelves and he made sure we had everything we needed. His patience and knowledge of product will surely be bringing us back here! Highly recommend!

Very high end mall. Parking can be an issue because it is so popular but then you can always use the valet service.

We were shopping for Cargo Capri pant for my wife, we called a few times the store at Young Street, either nobody answered the phone or being put on hold and back to answering machine. I have to say that the Sherway Gardens store is the best, in particular Truc, she spent time in digging into the warehouse, trying to find out the last pair of pant, I am so impressed with her service and help. I will give no star now, horrible service at this location!

Very Impressed with the management of this store. A few years ago we had a size issue with a purchase. While waiting at the cash a employee approached us and asked if everything was ok. Turns out it was the manager checking out everything , very impressed. Robert
