This shop is the BEST! First trip to Holiday Valley, in town for 4 days of snowboarding, dropped off a snowboard without an appointment to get waxed, came back 20 minutes later and it was done, and they did an excellent job! Samantha, Jodie and Samantha's brother (didn't get his name) are super friendly and very customer service oriented. Will be back during this trip and future trips! Thanks for taking great care of us! Needed a boa lace repair for my snowboard boot; the board shop crew had it fixed and out the door fast with great service. These guys know their product and are friendly and have a huge inventory of great gear.

First and foremost for me is that they care and they try. I spoke with Jody on the phone she was extremely helpful, and went out of their way to make the rental process fast and easy for my three girls. And they are priced competitively. They have earned my repeat business. Keep up the good work. The Fry family

I went to the shop once to get a new board, it’s the only snowboard I’ve went to since.
