Sara and the crew are some of the best people on earth. They really care about the customer and they do what it takes to make sure you’re happy. We’ve rented a half dozen times now from them and by far the best customer service experience out there. It’s good to deal with a mom n pop operation and I would recommend these people for all of yours ski and board needs.

Colden Ski & Board shop is the most helpful ski shop in the Buffalo area, hands down. Other places couldn't do better than a three week turn around for mounting bindings on my skis and charged a fortune. Chris had to order an extra part to fit my skis and still got them back to me in less than a week for half the cost of what other places in Buffalo wanted, and they did all that with the friendliest customer service I've dealt with in a ski shop. They're well worth a short country drive from Buffalo. 10/10

This place was super busy because of the season but still managed to get to me fast. Knowledgeable and straight to the point. When I told them what I needed and wanted they did not try to upsell me.. So I'm giving this 3 thumbs up. On a volume scale of 1 to 10, I will turn this up to 11.
