I spoke with the owner when I came in and he was constantly trying to pressure sell me. I wanted questions answered on snowboards but obviously he has no idea of the benefits of consultative selling techniques (coming from a salesman such as myself). Very rude and pompous individual and by the looks of the other reviews I'm not surprised other employees act arrogantly as well.

I walked in looking to get full deck set up for my brother and the employees made me feel stupid for not knowing the the names of the parts/ brands and for the customer service here sucks VERY pushy makes me feel like am not worth there time worst experience I ever had walking into a skate shop.....

Not much selection and way overpriced. I can't believe they charged 8 dollars for a skate tool! I was overcharged over 10 dollars between a skate tool and bearings! The worst part is that there are NO REFUNDS. Never coming back here again. Go to TGM or Modern Skate, your wallet will thank you.
