Great customer support, They go out on a limb for bike repairs. Fantastic people to deal with. Unfortunately for being so close to blue mountain, I'm giving them 4stars based on the lack of dh gear and parts they supply

Popped in to check for end of season deals. Staff was super helpful and very friendly. After shopping around we found their prices to be lower on identical products from the chain store down the road.

Good experience great place to go I did have a small problem with my bike that I thought was big deal. Bad talked the business but they contacted me right away told me to bring the bike in Jack stayed calm even though he was very upset with me and took care of the issue. And when you buy a bike from there you get service on it for a year don't bring it anywhere else
