I took my bike there first thing this morning. I already have my bike home all brand new and beautiful. They were awesome!!!!! Very courteous, fast, and friendly. I highly recommend this place. I know I will be seeing them again. Thank you very much.

Decent selection of stuff but unfortunately when returning something the staff will not be pleasant at all. I returned two tires because online you can get them for $40 but Alpine is charging $75 for them. if it was even $10 more a tire I would purchase them over Amazon but $60 extra for two tires is too much. I would love to keep shopping local instead of online but they have to remain competitive in the pricing. They are the only bicycle shop in the area that's not a big box store and unfortunately I think they know that.

I purchased a brake cable from this store. The man who serve me measured it from a bike they had in the store and cut the cable to fit. I took it home it did not fit, too short, I returned to store and he told me that I need to bring in the cable cover. I informed him that it was on the bike as it fit because it had not been cut. He informed me that he hadn’t cut the cable, I said “I watched you cut it after you measured bike”. He still would not admit to cutting cable, and charged me for a new cable. I paid for cable as I needed it. I feel as he was the one that measured and cut it I should not have been charged twice because of his mistake. I will not shop there again and would not recommend it as he is not honest which is important to me.
