Sport Chek Atmosphere Sherway Gardens

A great store. Definitely much larger selection than the Square One location. Staff is patient and always very helpful. Every time they go above and beyond to assist me. I never splurge on what people consider overpriced brand names, but they always manage to find something that fits my budget. The customer service is also always hassle free.

Went to have my skates sharpened. A woman working in the shop quickly identified trouble spots on the blades and explained it may take a few extra minutes to do a proper job. I waited and not for very long. I arrived at the rink, strapped the skates on, stepped on the ice and the edges were glorious! Thank you mystery woman!

I went to the store and after wandering around looking for what I needed no one was visible or keen to help. Finally someone came along and helped me after I asked but left me saying she was helping someone else. I then started looking for fitting room and after my search I came across the lady on the phone, asked where fitting room was and she said she’d be with me shortly. I saw the fitting room area and a told 2 staff I wanted to try on. The were busy with box cutters and looked at me puzzled, I read their minds “ we are busy can’t you see!” After 2 min I left!!! I will not return... they can ignore the customer and will be able to hide in all the stuff no one will buy! Took my business to sporting life!

Great selection, Chad helped us out and patiently showed us multiple sizes and colors till we found what we were looking for. Excellent service.

Most friendly and helpful Sport Chek that I've been to. Basement and main floor for sports gear and top floor for outdoors equipment.
