My family have been customers of this shop for quite a while, having bought our kids a series of bikes there over the past 12 years. In addition I've purchased a couple of bikes for myself. Buying a bike can pretty easily turn into a major expense, and everyone at Erik's has been exceptionally patient with me cooing in over a series of days to try bikes, compare models, and consider the purchase. Never felt rushed, or up-sold, or like they wanted anything but for me to be happy with the bike. The couple of quick new-bike adjustments that were needed got handled in minutes on a walk-in basis, couldn't be easier. Questions about accessories like helmets and racks and stands are always met with an informed, direct answer - even when the answer is that the product carried in store wasn't the best choice for my needs. Knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. Wish they sold cars, too.

My wife and I shopped the bike shops in the Woodbury area for a few months, to understand product offerings that would best fit our riding needs. During this time, we made two stops at Erik's. The first time we stopped by, we weren't greeted. When we asked for help, we told the sales person that we were interested in leisure riding, to which he replied, "Any of these bikes can be used for leisure riding." Not much help so we looked a bit more and left. We stopped back a month ago and met a different guy who was pleasant enough, but not very experienced. When it came to buy this week, it was an easy decision to go to their cross-town competitor. Erik's looks to have good quality products, but the buying experience was rough, at best.

Just had my tires replaced and my bike tuned up. It is all ready to go now. My bike rides really nice now. Thank you Erik's bikes for helping me get back on my bike again.

Drove from Wisconsin here for a specific bike. When I arrived I was not greeted. This specific location did not have the bike I was looking for, i asked if they could contact another store. I was told "we're too busy to dilly dally with that. If you want to know, you can go over there. Else, you can buy it here and have it ready when you get there." I was not impressed by the service. That being said, their bike selection in this location is spectacular! Very organized, clean, and lot's of room to look around! Despite the less than professional service, I did see a lot of employees helping other customers and were very friendly with them! I would still recommend this location based on their selection, however be warned with their service.

Erik's bike shop in Woodbury is awesome. Brought my bike in, they fixed immediately in less than 10 min. Other store was 2 weeks out. THANKYOU ERIK'S WOODBURY!!
