Was looking for skis (I’m 12 yo) and they were so amazing. The whole team worked with me to find the perfect pair for me. If the price didn’t sound good, they would discount it. For example, it was $80 for a pair of poles, which sounded pretty high. No, we took it for 40 bucks. Overall, their service was outstanding and it made me and my family very happy and pleased.

Excellent service and a wealth of knowledge, I had work done on my ski boots and inner soles. I can not recommend this shop highly enough, professional and they go above and beyond to help the customer. Worth a visit if you’re in the area.

If you need a quick tunning of you ski's before hitting the slopes, this is your place. 50$ and 15mins later your skis are sharpened. Fast service.

Best place to get your equipment ever. Everybody was so nice and the team works with you, not just one salesperson. Good prices, accommodating to your personal needs crue, great attitude. A+ service.

I do believe that they are great boot fitters; however, I do not believe they sold me the right boots for my feet. I have a high instep and notoriously bony ankles with a skinnier foot. My instep was not measured before selling me the Lange RS 130 ski boots which have the smaller last I need, but not the volume needed to fit my higher instep. I went back and forth for three days trying to get them fitted, but they just wouldn't work and still cut off my circulation with lots of pressure points. Unfortunately, I am not from the area, so I could not bring the boot back to have them refitted again. I believe if I had gone this path, they wouldn't have gotten the boots to fit right no matter how hard they tried. I did get the boots fitted at another place in the states that is another top notch shop for boot fitting and they were able to make the boots feel a little better, but my circulation is still being cut off. Mount Snow Bootworks then proceeded to let me try on boots with smaller lasts, but higher volumes to accommodate my high instep like the technica mach 130, the cochise 120, the nordica GPX 130. These boots all felt so much better from just trying them on without any custom work done! In the end, my issues were resolved and Daniel Lachance Ski Service eventually stood by their word of guaranteeing a boot fit which is why I’m bumping up my review one star. I guess the moral of the story is make sure to try on lots of boots first and make sure to take the time to really feel the boots out and not rush into a sale. I believe I was sold a boot that wouldn't work for my feet no matter how good of a boot fitter you are.
