Cool/fun place. Staff is very friendly. Great for all running, biking, skiing and any other outdoor gear you’d need. Pet friendly and they have a river inside the store! Priority is customer first

Great selection of bikes and very knowledgeable staff. Prices were competitive.

The staff at ski rack are friendly and extremely helpful. Recently purchased boots and skis and the staff worked with my family for about three hours so we we're set up properly. If that's not good service than I don't know what is.

We came from out of state to do an organized bike ride on Champlain island. We reserved hybrid bikes via email. The staff is very responsive to email. The bikes were ready when we arrived for pickup. We also rented a rack for the car. It was $35 for a 24 hour rental. The rack was $20. You park behind the store in their Free lot. The store is huge with a lot of merchandise. The staff is very friendly. There is a water cooler you can fill your water bottle. The Burlington trail is a few blocks from store. It's a paved route that goes 11 miles to Champlain island. We biked five miles of it. It goes along the lake's beach and forested areas.

Bought my first pair of skis and boots here. Ross helped me out and was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Will definitely buy more gear from them in the future.
