While you can get boots cheaper online, I headed to EB and ended up with hiking boots that fit perfectly. Des the the department manager took over from the person helping me and was incredible. He measured the width of my feet and found many more options (there's loads more than are on display) and made me use the test ramp and then walk up/down the stairs of the shop. My boots have already been tested hiking in Vietnam and I couldn't be happier.

Went for some ski boots. Amazing service from the very knowledgeable and helpful Alisa, thank you. Was a great time to go during half term for a quiet relaxing experience. Perfect.

My number one destination for outdoor equipment and clothing. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. I came out with boots and a soft shell jacket. Very competitive prices.

I had a one of the best experiences, while choosing hiking shoes there. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I could feel that they are actually passionate about hiking. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the staff member, but thanks a lot for making my day! Looking forward going there again.

Great range of stock and you'll easily find things unavailable elsewhere. Staff are really helpful and don't bother you unless you ask. However they are more expensive than their competition, especially online.
