The staff have always been helpful when I've been in, but the phone is never ever answered; this makes things difficult as I've traveled in several times for something only to be told it's out of stock. Several purchases I would have preferred to make in store I have now made online after not being able to reach anyone in store to check before making the trip.

Best selection of top snowboards in London, plus staff who actually know their stuff!

Went here yesterday and had a very good experience. They have a good range of quality stock, but the 5 stars is largely due to the staff, Joy. She really knows her stuff, and was extremely helpful. She was attentive to us, whilst also being attentive to several others - she works her butt off! Thanks to her my boyfriend and I each left very happy with our first pairs of snowboarding boots (so much better than rentals!)

Don’t have a location on google maps called the snowboard asylum if there’s no winter stock in summer. I walked from Snow+Rock around the corner who do and it was a waste of time.

Just spent some time in tsa at Covent garden. The snowboard expert Joy knew her stuff! She was just because of time of year but still very helpful. Walked out a very happy man with a comfy pair of boots give her a raise!
