The Runners Need shop on the 3rd floor is great. I was looking for new running shoes and the person there talked me through all the options, did a free test recording my run to see what type of shoes would be best, and then offered impartial advice while I tried 4 pairs. I bought some Brooks which came as a suggestion after I explained what I liked and didn't like about the various others I'd tried on.

Sam in the basement is very knowledgeable about all mountain related activity. He is happy to advise customers on many aspects including the equipment he describes as ‘Gucci’ and how to look ‘Turbo-Rad’ on your monoski while going full sendies. Heroic Customer Service.

Sam in the basement always loves to talk about his monoskiing and retro ski onesie. So cool. He’s also extremely knowledgeable and can advise on how to really get the most out of your monoski.

My son and I went to Covent Garden today to be measured and fitted for Ski boots. We were served by Bridgette who took her time to deal with every one of our concerns. Her excellent knowldege of the products and how to alleviate pressure within the boots showed her commitment to superb customer satisfaction and ensuring the customer leaves the shop happy.
