Great staff and great ski boot fitting. The staff tend to be avid skiers and their recommendations have been great would really recommend the store for outdoor wear!! (Also have a runners world here too)

Good location for being close to London Bridge. Shop assistant is warm and professional. Decent selection of goods as well. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. I tried a few different shoes. Shoes purchased and on when I left the shop and very comfy so far. Not a wide selection but enough to surfice.

My partner and I went into the Monuments store last Sunday and were blown away by the service. I bought ski boots then had them heat moulded. My partner had his boots heat moulded. Jeremy’s knowledge and passion is immense and the service he provided was thorough. We walked away very happy customers! I couldn’t recommend Jeremy and Snow & Rock more!

Very rude staff, rather unhelpful and not very knowledgeable. Straw that broke the camels back today. Female till worker decided to charge me £35 for a pair of gloves with £30 on the ticket. Despite stressing that the gloves are priced at £30 (very clearly on a white sticker), the lady refused to sell the gloves at £30. I'll take my business to Decathlon.
