Excellent shop. Great range of products, and knowledgable friendly staff on site who are happy to help without pressure sales tactics. Helped me find the right snowboard boots for me, and gave an excellent custom fit service with a cup of tea whilst I waited. Highly recommend to anyone.

If I could give this shop a higher rating than five I would. The staff are awesome, know everything there is to know about snowboarding and the guys will take you through everything you need to know. I've bought all my kit from here and each time I've been they've taken me through all the options to make sure I've got what I wanted. Darren and Ali are so easy to talk to and know exactly what you want (even when you're not really sure what you want yourself) Prices tend to be the same as what you'd find online or in other stores, but I'd happily pay a bit more here just for the service! Thanks guys! Can't wait to get out on my new board this season!

After a terrible week on the snow with poor fitting boots after being “snow and rocked” Darren and Ali really sorted me out with just the right gear including new board, professionally setup and ready to roll. Just had first day on the slopes and riding was so much easier and more comfortable. Very grateful and would highly recommend. Just got wish I had come to the snowboard shop first, but lesson learned.

Great friendly service, with a great selection of products. Purchased a snowboard and Darren was extremely knowledgeable about the products he was recommended and clearly showed a passion for what he does. Will certainly be back for my snowboarding needs!

Great shop, and the staff are so helpful. They went out of their way to find me a board I was after, and to give me the best price. You don't come across independent shops much anymore. It's has a friendly chilled atmosphere and I found myself hanging out in the shop talking snowboarding for hours!
