I had Alex for my first ski boot fitting yesterday, couldn't have imagined that the service and knowledge I was going to receive would be as high as it was, certainly for my first fitting the only previous experience I had was the crappy hire shops at the resorts, now I know why I always have problems abroad and a lot more about my feet!!!! Then I went next door to the dome to try them out, after a short visit back to the shop just to take a nobbly bit off and another ski, I left as a very happy customer! Thank you so so much Alex, you are the best I will highly recommend you to all!

Not a bad outdoors store. I bought my walking boots from there and had great service. It is now closed. I spoke with staff at it's sister store and it's closed for good. There is limited stock at the someone store.

Excellent service. One of the guys helped me with an issue with my helmet and goggles, despite it meaning that I didn't buy anything from the shop.

Excellent service from friendly knowledgeable staff, spent a lot of time giving myself and a friend helpful advice on certain products we should be using, ended up buying the products we tried from their online store which was easy to use and delivery was quick. Highly recommended.

Had to wait close to 2 hours before I got served at the ski boot station, but once I did the ski boot fitter was excellent and very helpful. Good range of products in the store as well.
