Ok, so these guys are hard working, knowledgeable and friendly. If you're after snowboard/ski boot fitting or need some decent insoles for your existing kit, put them at the top of your list of go-to places. I do now. Centre stage in the shop is the boot fitting service area and this was the purpose of my visit...a snowboard boot fitting with Ed. What a star! The shop got super busy with 'walk-ins' whilst i was there (high season on a weekend) but having made an appointment I was always top priority. I recommend making appointment. Apart from boot fitting, the shop is about the size of a regular high street shop and they choose stock well, offering good quality kit and a decent range of colours and sizes.

By far the best service and most knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered.

Amazing place, service was unbeatably brilliant. The guys in there really know their stuff and are really happy to help everyone that steps foot in the shop. Couldn't recommend it more!
