I live no where near this shop, but the service over the telephone was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and helpful, Sally discussed with me about my ski preferences and I purchased my skis at a super price with super service. Far better to speak to people who care in this country than via chat or telephone to France etc! Support this independent British business as it really does care about service and quality rather than selling volumes.

I turned up without a ski boot fitting appointment but despite being extremely busy they managed to squeeze me in. The young lad called Niall who did the fitting was very attentive, thorough and professional. I’m very impressed with the service and with the boots recommended by Niall. Can’t wait to go skiing now! I also just mentioned to Niall that I wish I could find a boot bag that I could also put my helmet in and was small enough for hand luggage. 2 minutes later he found a backpack with 3 compartments for boots, helmet and a general compartment so I bought that too. I would highly recommend Ski Bartlett.

Great service and super friendly staff. They sorted my skis whilst I was waiting so that I didn't have to come back later. My new favourite shop!

Lots of choice however the store looks a bit like a bomb sight. I had picked a size of boots before online, when I got there they only had one size of the boot which was very disappointing.

These guys really know their stuff. I recommend Lee who was very honest today with his recommendation. My ski instructor told me this is THE PLACE to go, he told me if they don't have a boot for your feet they won't recommend one. Testimony to their skill and expertise is the fact that they are FULLY BOOKED for boot fit appointments. The only shop you need an appointment for (because they don't like to keep you waiting and don't want to rush). I've had friends get boots from other sources which were fitted and customised but once they were on the mountain they got pain in their feet. It takes time to get the right boot. Ask for Lee.
