At last, Ellis Brigham comes to Chelmsford, and what a great store it is. Of course, range of products and the stock levels are good, and the store is immaculate as it is still very new, but the staff really put a shine on the whole experience. I visited three times in a week (my own fault, I kept forgetting things), and left very impressed each time. I was offered help on every occasion, was shown to the correct areas of the store and given honest opinions on the products. It's like having a personal shopper! The staff all seem thrilled in their role, and appear to have a great working relationship. A really well run, friendly, genuinely impressive store. Well done!

This is how a store becomes best in class. An outstanding service thanks to Hugo who really knows his stuff. If you’re looking for exceptional service, personalised assistance and great quality walking boots look no further. You can be assured of walking out of this store with the perfect boots for you. How refreshing!
