The outdoor play area is great for kids. We went to a Birthday party there and had a really great time. Good for children aged 5-12 I would say. Haven't tried the alpine side of the venue but for the children's play area and friendly, helpful staff 5*!

Terrible customer service in the restaurant area Guys hiring the Ringos were great though! One guy was really good at interacting with my kids and had my daughter helping to spray the slope which she loved. Restaurant staff were appalling, waited at the bar to order a coffee, rang the bell several times, eventually a member of staff who was sat with his mates decided to get up and serve me. He’d clearly been sat there chatting to his mate oblivious that I was waiting. I then came back up to get Ice creams and there were at least 2 tables of people, most of whom were staff, sat chatting and laughing, told me to ring the bell which I did. The staff in the kitchen ignored it until someone went to get them. He came out of the kitchen and his comment was “oh there are actually real customers here!” It feels like this place has gone terribly down hill.

Been here twice before with my daughter for birthday parties. They do a party hire where you go down the slope on a ring. Great fun for the kinds and adults. Worth a look if you are looking for something a bit different for a kids party.

Great place to take the kids, and if your not learning to ski or snowboarding then you can always use the initube to go down on. There is a large play area at the rear with an almost full scale pirate ship. And from what I remember, the adults get the tickets refunded if you use it in the bar/resturaunt.
