Had a 9 year old birthday party at the laser tag. One lad looking after 25 children, starts 20 minutes late. Food 40 minutes late. If you have ever organised a children's birthday party, you know that timing is important, especially for pick up. Poorly run unfortunately.

Many activities to do here : tubing, skiing, tobogganing... I've done tubing here and it's was very fun as there is helpful staff on standby to help you. There is a little cafe if you don't want to take part but just watch. This is also good for birthday partys

Booked a tubing party but they forgot to cook the party food. The staff sorted it out fairly quickly and were nice. Tubing was good.

Me and my partner came a few weeks ago for private tuition before we went skiing. The instructor was fantastic. He really helped prepare me for the holiday, I could transfer all that he taught me onto the snow and it made picking up the lessons out there very easy. We are so thankful that we booked this lesson before going away! The rest of the staff were lovely, the facilities were clean and tidy and the parking was good. The cost of sessions and lessons are very reasonable. We definitely will be returning.
