Accidentally grabbed the wrong bike helmet which was $78. I went back to return it, the customer service rep was very helpful. He helped me pick out the correct size for my head and explain to me what the difference was between each helmets. We picked out a helmet that best suited my head and exchanged it at a better price. Overall had a great experience.

Great selection, decent prices, my first time going there. I had the brakes stolen off my bike so I called before going in to see what they had available that fit, they had something in the back, I said I was coming to get it right away. When I got there I waited about 20 minutes just to get the part as there was nobody available in the biking section, one employee was helping a couple and the other was in the back. The rep mentioned I would need a kit to bleed my hydraulic lines but didn't help me get it or point me in the right direction and moves on to the next customer. May go back for other outdoors items sometime, but probably not to the cycling Dept again

Incredible customer service! I was blown away by the level of customer care by the lead bike mechanic and his team. As a new cyclist, they provided an amazing amount of detail, a high standard of care and a true enthusiasm for my success and knowledge. They earned a life time customer for all my bike needs and concerns going forward. 5-stars.

Love their product especially their kids coats. I get all the appropriate outside wear they need for school and daycare here. They have tags inside their clothing to put their names on. I love their one piece snow suits and rain coats. This is great for children that are leaning how to get dress. The costumer service is get. Remember to bring in your bags because they do not have plastic bags.

Great camping gear! Helpful staff that are available but don't hound you. Good quality stuff.
