Great expierince! Came in today to look at some new snowboard gear. I was a bit out of my element since I haven’t been boarding in about a decade. An employee named Scott approached me and helped me select the right gear. I’m impressed by the customer service and happy with my purchase! I look forward to coming back in the near future.

Found what I wanted and more. Superb customer service by 3 staff members. Attentive, polite and professional. Extremely knowledgeable on cycling wear. I will return to this store even though they are a farther away.

Bought my son's bike here earlier in the year and accidentally damaged the brake putting it in my car on a Sunday afternoon before camp the next day. I called the store in desperation hoping they would be able to help and the mechanic on the phone was so kind to reassure me and when I got to the store, all was taken care of as I waited. Very nice and professional group. Thank you!

Great place to buy a bike. Friendly safe and AMAZING WORKSHOP STAFF. Some prices here I have found to be a bit higher than other stores but I guess you also pay for the nice shop and prime location. Highly recommended either way!
