Great customer service! Manager Jordan made my day today. Love his personality and the staffs were also friendly. Best visit I had so far in any sportchek. I will definitely keep coming back here with my family.

This review is specially for Manager..! He is very friendly and nice guy. Purchased one apple watch today from this location and best customer service i have every seen in my life. I would love to go this location for every purchase of shoes or sports stuff.

I would give a minus rating if I could!!!! There were ample people working when I went and only 3 customers. I was told to find “Matthew” as if that’s my job and I’m supposed to know who this dude is... ???? Useless staff with NO HELP or customer service- VERY POOR service, unexceptional, inexcusable and very disappointing!!!! Actually, I should thank you for this sad experience because I wouldn’t have gone somewhere else, found great customer service, found a better pair of shoes and paid a better price!

Some times the register lines don’t move, certain female staff don’t know anything about snow gear waxing cards. The male manager at snow gear station was good though. But the best employee is Andrew the technician at snow section. He’s good at what he does and has excellent customer service and altitude. It would be 3 stars but he made it to 4. But it shows you even he can’t carry a few noobs at the store to make it 5 stars.

Excellent Excellent customer service. Manager was very friendly and the ladies that helped me with my return item was very helpful and patience. They're serving customers with a smile! Positive experience for me.
