I don’t ski often and am trying to get back into it, so I didn’t know exactly what I was getting myself into. When I went to Ken Jones to buy boots, I was happily surprised at how painless of a process it was. Cam was very quick to help us out and took time to go over all the different options. He knew my price range and found me a quality pair of boots that I walked out with in about 30 minutes. Keep in mind, I had no clue what I was talking about and had plenty of questions. I also got my bindings put on, which only took about 10 minutes. It was a great experience! Cam was an excellent, down to earth, knowledgeable employee and I really appreciated his help!

This place is awesome! A gentleman named Mike helped me pick out some new twin tips. He was super knowledgeable about every aspect of the ski and took my ability into affect when offering a good ski for me to purchase, not just the most expensive. Awesome experience

Stopped in for some long overdue snowboard boots. Kyle was very helpful and I left there so happy with a new set of DC Boots, couple pairs of gloves and a The North Face reversible jacket 😎

Drove and hour, because after buying boots my son was convinced Ken Jones was the best place to mount his very first set of new skis and bindings! Out in 20 minutes, and by far the BEST customer service I've received in a long time at any business! Thank you guys you made my day and my son is thrilled he'll be ready for opening day this Friday!
