I bought my daughter a snowboard at the shop in Ludlow 3 years ago and had a great experience. I was on a limited budget and they really took the time to find the right fit. It was time for a new board this winter, so I went up to Killington this year which was a bit closer. A few weeks ago I stopped in just to look and get some ideas for my daughter. I described my daughter to the girl in the shop and she showed me 3 boards that she should thought would work. One being the GNU stunt puppy which fit into my budget. I showed my daughter a photo of the board thinking she would hate it but to my surprise she loved it! I took my daughter up with me last weekend and Tyler helped us out. We ended up buying the board after Tyler spent quite some time answering all of our questions. I had no doubt that we found the perfect board and after a day on the mountain yesterday I had a very happy 15 year old! I am a local and always on a budget and I don't know enough about snowboarding to make a decision without some help. I trust the folks at Darkside and wouldn't shop anywhere else on the mountain. I only wish they sold skis too for my boys!

I am so grateful for the incredible and knowledgeable staff at Darkside Snowboards. I needed Snowboard Boots and was fitted into a perfect pair. I haven't been snowboarding in a few years so they took the time to explain updates in technology and board performance. Now I understand why they have been open since 1989! If you need anything Snowboard, Rentals, Demos ect. Support a local business and shop here. 🏂🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🏂

Great customer service! I ordered a snowboard helmet online from Darkside Snowboards. After placing my order, I received an email stating that due to an error, they did not have the helmet I ordered in stock. The email apologized for the inconvenience and said they would offer me a discount on a different helmet. I spoke to Tucker, the GM, who was helfpful and apologetic. I ordered a different helmet and received it within a couple of days. Companies make mistakes. It's how they respond to them that separates the best from the rest. Darkside Snowboards did a great job handling the issue proactively and fairly. I would definitely buy from them again.

I love in Maryland but have been going to Darkside for all my gear since I first found out about them 4 years ago. These guys know their gear and always have the inside track on the latest and greatest. If the darkside guys read this, thank you for all your help. I have never had customer service this great.
