Asked the bar if I order at the counter or the table. She said table. Pretty empty bistro. Waitresses have walked past me like 20 times or more and it’s been like 20 mins since I’ve been here yet I still haven’t been served. Several people have walked in and have been served immediately. Being the only person of color of course I’m feeling a little insecure. Will update if when I finally get served. Almost 2hrs later my partner enters and we got offered service. Interesting because he’s white.

Chaos in the parking lot. I understand that it was the last weekend of Spring Break and a wonderful day to top it off but Avila's Management should have had personnel directing traffic and making sure people were parking their cars as they should be. If you are claustrophobic then this was not the place for you. I arrived at 13:00 hours to meet my wife and kids who had arrived earlier in the morning. I left 15 min later as finding a parking spot was a lost cause. I couldn't tell which way was in and which way was out. The kids were very disappointed that I could not spend the rest of the day with them.

We where a large group of 1st timers skiing ages 6 through 34. We took multiple instructors which we reserved beforehand. The instructors where really nice and patient and we had a really good time and would definitely go back skiing again! We did have one accident on the bunny hills where a kid not from our group got the go ahead from his dad and the mountain was not clear and he lost balance and wiped one adult on the way. Everyone heard the bang and a minor concussion followed that. If anything they need to have an employee giving the all clear for newbies to go down the hill only when it’s empty!

My car got robbed in the parking lot and they dont even have cameras to be able to report the incident to local police. Lost all my cards and cash also other items. Never going back. I prefer to pay more and have a better experience in temblant or bromont
