people who work there are truly passionate of the sport! Excellente service!

Came here to buy snowboarding boots. I had gone to sport expert to buy some gear for the first time in my life (im a beginner, board and bindings) samuel at oberaon politely informed me that i had been badly advised concerning the best option suitable to my needs. I returned my stuff purchased at sport expert and returned to oberson. I had tremendous help from Samuel (december 27th around 12pm) he gave me all his attention and helped me till i had a full kit. He was very knowledgable, polite, funny and has fantastic sense of what good customer service is. Beau travail Samuel! Tes un bon jack et lequipe Oberson est chanceu de t'avoir

Online inventory doesn't seem very well updated. Items you purchase may not necessarily be available. Not super impressed.

Ordered a pair of ski boots, experience on website was pleasant. Delivery even better, received my product next business day, with Canada Post Flex Delivery (Deliver to nearest Post Office), free shipping. Got my boots, exactly what I wanted both in the product, the service and the delivery.
