I came in this store with the intention of buying shoes and other goods. I asked the vendor to bring me four different pairs, he came back with only one of the ones I was asking for with a few other ones He thought I would want. No sizes available. Since when do you try on shoes and have to lace them yourself? What am I potentially paying for? Same story with the one in Vaudreuil. These salemen should learn how to lace up and not just talk to each other. I bought them my shoes elsewhere. Their women’s clothing selection was poor at the time.

My 8 year old and me went in die his first skateboard. They were the best! What a great experience. The skate shop crew treated us like family. Thanks again:)

Used to be a regular but this one time, worst customer service experience. So pissed, this is my one and only bitching/bad review on Google ever. Just bought two pairs of expensive undies size L (I m size L usually but Medium when buying the brand « Stance »). After figuring out I picked the wrong size, tried to return them for the very same ones in Medium just a few hours after. Didn’t touch/unbox them, the very same cashier said their policy wouldn’t allow refund nor exchange because of hygiene concerns. I don’t question that (still, what about hygiene and people trying swimwear on in the cabins...) but rather this guy’s judgement and common sense. There was obviously no way I could have put these items on...too bad just personally lost a $70 and Empire an other transaction that I was about to make of $50 but that I declined considering the attitude I was given. Not to mention that when buying the boxers, the cashier unboxed them to remove the security tags.I then asked that person to toss the packaging but the cashier recommended to keep them and put the items back -which I did- in case I wanted to exchange them...see the paradox here? Never going to order/buy from them again.

Used to be great with amazing deals and sales. Now that they moved downtown it's obvious the customer is picking up the bill. This used to be my go to shop but I'll never go there again. Can get everything they offer online for much much cheaper. And the stupid wannabe boutique layout is just annoying!

After 17 years of skateboarding, the worst shop I've been to. Staff is friendly but couldn't do anything about my gift card that had expired 6 months ago? NOT EVEN 20% OFF? NICE ONE
