Great variety of ski trails good for beginners, good for competitive skiers! Staff is nice! The mountain offers summer and winter activities. Ski lifts are very comfortable. The trails are very well maintained and are fun! This is a great place to go and I totally recommend it!

My husband and I got married at Mount Sunapee Resort earlier this month and it truly was the BEST day of our lives!! We would recommend this venue to anyone who wants to have a great, memorable, STRESS-FREE wedding day. Lynda, Pipere and Megan were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish and had every detail down to a science the day of!!!! They were so quick to respond to every little question I had over the 8 months of planning. Even responding to my emails late at night or over the weekend. My husband and I decided to do a buffet and we did not try the food until the weekend before the wedding. We were VERY happy with the food. It was SO DELICIOUS!! The service was incredible. All of the staff were so professional. Making sure my husband and I were happy every step of the way. They even hand delivered food and drinks while we were taking pictures after the ceremony. Lynda, Pipere and Megan kept everything moving smoothly and handled everything so that we could enjoy our day. Every interaction with these ladies months prior to the day of the wedding was pleasant. Again, our guests could not stop raving about their overall experience--the views, the food and the staff, getting married here was the best decision we made! Thanks so much Sunapee!

I was at Mount Sunapee ski resort with my daughter on St Patty's Day 2018, end of the day General Manager was extremely rude while driving the Mount Sunapee shuttle bus, waving at me in a forward motion to move my truck while I was getting ready to back into the beach area to load up our gear from the day as my nine-year-old daughter waited. He would not pass by me so I got out of my truck to go to the bus to let him know my intentions, as I leaned in to say hello he grabbed my hand aggressively hard and wouldn't let go as he gripped even harder, repeatedly telling me to move my truck at the same time pulling me towards him he closed the doors on me while other guests were on the bus observing and applied extreme pressure to the handle that closes the doors that I couldn't move, both my feet were still on the ground as he started to drive off while I was pinned between the doors "I said Jay, what the hell are you doing??" It seemed like he drove for about 10 ft before he released me from the doors before I could get myself free.. I didn't sleep well that night, I just kept going over it asking myself why anyone, never mind the General Manager would do that to a guest at a local ski resort. That incident makes me think twice about visiting again anytime soon, I feel very violated:-(

Incredibly disappointed with the customer service here. Drove here on a Saturday from about 2 hours away only to find horrible conditions. It had snowed the night prior but turned to freezing rain. Someone skiing described it as really wet, all slush and the feeling of "knives hitting your face". Both high speed quad lifts were closed with "minimum chance of opening up", as multiple employees told us. The lift ticket price was still $93, even with half of the mountain closed. First of all, this mountain is not worth $93 even in perfect conditions with the entire mountain open. The only other ticket option is to buy a lower mountain ticket which only would give us access to the bunny hill and one small lift on the far left of the mountain for $54. What a joke. The people selling lift tickets offered a 50% off ticket for our next trip here...and a bad attitude to top it off. The manager said that the skiing conditions were excellent. He also tried to explain that in bad conditions there was a one hour period that if the conditions were horrible enough we could get our money back. But today, because the conditions were "excellent" it was not offered. So it was up to this guy to determine how the conditions are? Seriously? From the looks, it was highly unlikely that this guy has skied recently. Employees and ski instructors were going home because of the conditions. There is no one in your parking lot on a Saturday and there are three adults looking to ski. We would have probably skied 2 hours and then bought lunch and drinks after. Why would we pay $93 when only the lower part of the mountain is open and miserable, horrendous conditions? And you want to offer me 50% off my next trip here? Doubtful there will be good conditions then. We would have happily paid the "lower mountain" ticket price for access to all open lifts. Because guess what, only your lower mountain was open. Your ticket sales people need to learn what customer service is and how to earn lifelong customers. We are young and just starting families and would have been happy to return here. But don't worry, we won't be back. Much better mountains only a short drive further for the same prices.

PICTURE PERFECT! Could not have had better conditions this weekend. The landscape made me feel like it was early January. Thanks again, Mount Sunapee for a Fantastic Experience!
