I'm learning to ski, as is my son and this hill is great. Not too busy and they have tons of ski instructors. Also the schedule is flexible for private lessons so you don't have pre-determine dates, just call in to make your appointment even if you bought a multi lesson pass. Done four lesson and so far I'm quite happy looking forward to the next ones. Only issues is that it is often hard to get in contact with someone as it often goes to a machine for which I never get a call back and the chalet could use a renovation, especially the washrooms.

Lessons were good for my 7 year old new snowboarder. Although last class, I had to look for my son, instructor had not even noticed he had zoomed by back to the bottom of the hill. The bar is lousy though, service is slow, more than an hour for hot dogs and fries, kids were late getting to their class (this happened 3 times- other times was 45 minute wait)...

A very small hill, really only 11 real runs. But two of the most challenging sections in the Laurentians, and I have been told that the ski-school director (Roc Newberry) is one of the best in Canada. I don' t know about that, but I am impressed by the variety available in such a small hill. excellent for beginners through experts.
