I writing this comment with hope that they will improve their coffee! I went to Mt. Ste. Marie for a race day in 2018 and had one of their coffees and it was very watered down, they need to make it stronger first of all. I just use a can of Tim Hortons ground coffee at home and it is a thousand times better. Get your acts together! Come to think of it, all the food there was bad too. I had their spaghetti which lacked flavour and was watered down, and their garlic bread was gross made with margarine instead of butter, and their cheeseburger with processed cheese. Get your acts together guys. Thousands of people eating your food and drinking your coffee. Have some more pride for goodness sake. People who can afford to ski, can afford to eat food that isn't made for welfare recipients.

Bought a 2017/2018 season pass last April and then i was unable to ski because I got pregnant and was due in February. No problem. I had planned to do some spring skiing, but I had an emergency c-section so, I was unable to. Called and spoke to administration to see if there was anything they could do. Very poor customer service. I thought Mont Ste-Marie was more family friendly. This is what I should have done and if you buy a season pass early and cannot use it, this is what you should do: 1) Do not pick up your pass. Although my pass was unused there is no way to know that, because passes are not scanned at chairlift. The Madame in administration seemed to doubt me when I said I had not been able to use my season pass. 2) Contact administration before January if you cannot ski/snowboard and provide them with a doctors note and you will receive a partial refund (25%) for the next season.

Mont Ste Marie is our home away from home. The mountain has such a friendly and welcoming vibe, always good times to be had day and night. The runs are groomed to perfection for all of those ready for first tracks. Then at the end if the day, often live music and good friends and amazing staff are waiting at apre ski. I

My favourite mountain in the region! Comfortable, challenging and fun with a family vibe. Not a corporate mountain. Real people like Ricky in the lodge, always brightening up the place.

Great value, especially buying passes at Costco. The chalet is very comfortable, perfect for bringing a lunch or eating from the cafeteria. Great bar attached as well. The hills are well maintained and fun, keeping in mind it's not a huge mountain. Roads in and out are well maintained, and the employees are all nice!
