Rodney was very helpful when we were looking at an Odyssey van. He was quick and on the ball with quotes and information. Most excellent service. However, we did purchase elsewhere. The reason being that there was no van to test drive on the lot. So we started looking for one to test drive, and as luck would have it the lot who had one to test drive also had the exact van we wanted arriving any day(happened to arrive while finishing paperwork). Had there been a test drivable van on the lot, Rodney would have had the sale! Next to see what their service department is like....Hopefully as wonderful as Rodney’s. Thank you!

From start to finish, the staff at Royal Honda made our experience fantastic. From Gautam letting us test drive whatever we wanted, to Mattew and Rodney giving us pricing (and polishing the front for pictures) and Natalie getting us the financing. Great staff. Great service. Thank you to everyone at Royal Honda.

Customer service A1. Everyone willing to help around. Above and beyond service. Unfortunately was a little surprised at my bill. Was told confidently it would only take an hour to exchange part. But when I got my invoice it was 1.7 hours and at $120 per hour. It increased my to almost double. That was unexpected. The explanation didn't really fit but what do you do.

We bought a Honda CR-V from them in early 2018. We experienced a problem with the vehicle and the team quickly diagnosed and fixed it immediately. The team really went above and beyond to help us.
