Amazing customer service, Malcolm & Phil were so helpful in setting my husband and I up with bikes and letting us test them out. I know nothing about bikes myself and they were great at explaining things without making me feel like an idiot. Staff were so knowledgeable and passionate not just about the differing models and specs but also about the trails in the area, trail maintenance and just general Yukon bike culture. We ended up with a Kona fire mountain & a Giant trans 2. The maintenance servicing options are a great deal here as well. 10/10 would recommend this place.
