I used Nick Smith to purchase a house. He was excellent. Nick was proactive and quick to deal with issues as they arose. If I ever need any civil issue to be dealt with, I will not hesitate to contact Nick.

Basil is not only professional and amazing at his job, he will not rack up hours just to bill you! I have referred many clients and friends to him and it is amazing how great the response is that I get. He is passionate about what he does. I would hire him again in a heart beat!

Daniel MacDermid at Snyder and Associates is an exceptional lawyer. He goes above and beyond advocating for his clients- I'm very impressed with the care and attention to detail I experienced and will definitely be returning for any future legal matters.

Snyder and Associates is very high-priced, unprofessional and unethical law firm and I would definitely think twice before engaging in any of their services. I brought forward a situation and asked for advise - was told to go figure it out on my own and report back - NO KIDDING. I reported back and was then told there was nothing more they could do so just put the information I had gathered in my own file. I did this but then received a bill from Snyder and Associates for $557.00 for reading the emails. I changed law firms after multiple situations such as the above, and had my files requested for transfer. Snyder and Associates told the new law firm that they couldn't release the files because I had an outstanding account and it had to be paid first. I confirmed with the assistant that there were no outstanding accounts on my file. It was confirmed that I had NEVER been billed additional amounts and every invoice I had received was paid in full and on time. They then generated up a bill for some emails they found on file from a different year - 9 months previous - and another lawyer issued me a bill for another lawyer's email. Very unethical to advise other people there are unpaid accounts - when it has never been billed. NEVER write or phone to question these actions, or you will receive very negative and cutting emails back - twisting it to state how you are in the wrong.
