Glenda threatened to increase our bill by $1500 when I let her know 2 letters her office sent weren’t received by CRA and VISA. I didn’t like having to pay for something that wasn’t followed through on so I ended up having to write and send them myself. These were letters asking to reduce my deceased mother’s debt. No follow up at all by Hart Law. They were sure eager for their payment though! So ultimately we had to pay for the work that wasn’t even sent to the proper place or followed up on. And we were threatened as a response. One might say we were bullied. So this is all I can do. If I can save a few people from this place, I will. So maybe look somewhere else?

Very unhelpful and disorganized. When I arrived staff acted dumb yet I called ahead and explained my simple request. Laywer wouldn't come out of her office and receptionist ran back and forth relaying messages. Lazy, rude and lack knowledge. Avoid!
