My lawyer was James Kadavil for my business purposes, and I felt very comfortable and secure as we were very new to owning a new business. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!

I had an extremely urgent matter and had tried to talk with other lawyers to no avail. I contacted Heritage Law and from the get go they went the extra mile for me. I was not a client and just needed a question answered, David Ferr not only answered my question but ensured I had the appropriate paperwork in place and completed properly, I felt that Mr. Ferr and staff went the extra mile and would not let me leave until they were sure I was on the right track. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Heritage Law, you want to feel like a number go to another law office, you want to feel like family see Heritage Law. David Coble

My significant other hired Mary Alyce to get divorce and set up his child support. He ended have to pay more even though he couldn't afford it. He took out loans, used credit cards and RRsp to pay the child support. Mart Alyce did not bother listening to his concerns and took off with an alleged sickness. We were not informed that Mary Alyce had lost her mind and there is no lawyer to represent us.We will not be at peace until justice is served. Karma is real whether you believe it or not.

I recently required the services of both David Ferr and James Kadavil and while Iâ€™ve heard a lot of horror stories about dealing with lawyers, this was not the case for me at all. Everyone at the office from the front desk to the lawyers themselves were very friendly and caring and made me feel secure that my problems were in good hands. During the most stressful time in my life I was happy to know that I was a priority to them. When it came to all the actual legal work, David and James were both knowledgeable and reliable and able to get things done in the short timespan that I needed. I canâ€™t recommend this office and staff enough for anyone in search of a good lawyer with their expertise.

0 Stars if I could. Met with David Ferr who bailed on our first consult without warning, but met with him another time anyways. Went through the issues I was facing and he listened well for 45 minutes then talked about all the services he could provide to help out, finally feeling some relief here. However, a week later I tried to contact him to use those services but had no response for 10 days, where he finally said he would call me and we can go over it. No contact again from him so I tried to get in touch another 3 times over another week to only get an email telling me to call him which I do and he doesn't pick up. Waste of time. Dont even bother coming here unless you like being ignored EDIT - to the response below. 1 email saying he'll call then a single phone call in 3 weeks with no message left IS NOT a communication breakdown. It's a complete lack of professionalism and communication from a lawyer. The "family emergency" was he had to go pick up his daughter from school, at which there is more than sufficient time to tell the client the meeting needs to be cancelled or moved, but I heard the receptionist on the phone directly tell him after he had left already "Yes you have an appointment right now and he's here. You booked it in the calendar yourself" Nothing was discussed about a retainer and apparently asking about what my options are, what we do next, and when can we get started is asking for free advice. Sure give yourself the great rating saying you went above and beyond when no one else says so in this matter. The only consistent responses I got was from you crying about getting a bad review from me and whining via text and emails to have me take it down
