I retained Mr. Patel to defend me on a number of serious offences that I had appealed. He was promptly able to secure my release from custody on bail application, which I understand is very difficult to do. I would highly recommend Mr. Patel to anyone that has been charged with a criminal offence. His law firm's prices are fair and the staff are extremely approachable and informative. I was able to get quick responses.

This criminal lawyer, Mr. Patel, was very helpful and well respected. He got my son acquitted of all of his impaired driving charges and domestic violence charges. I mean ALL of them. From the outset, he was on top of the matters and got my son cleared of all charges as he said he would but explained all the weakness in the Crown's case. Because of the very reasonable payment plan offered by his criminal law office, my son was about to was able to retain J Patel.. Thanks to J's expertise and his empathetic approach, he came out of this frightening experience without a criminal record. In my view, and in having some of my own experience with Criminal law, Mr. Patel is one of the leading criminal lawyers in Calgary, Alberta and the surrounding area. I was charged with dangerous driving under the Criminal Code of Canada, and Mr. Patel successfully bailed me out of this mess very quickly and at a fair price (he refused to accept a bonus). He takes on the case himself and does not pass it on to others in his law firm to manage. He called all the shots on my file. He is extremely knowledgeable, and knows how, when, and what to argue. I am a foreign national, and would have gotten myself deported out of Canada, but thanks to Mr. Patels's expertise. He is one professional who knows what he is saying and doing, and if you follow his advice, no one can touch you. (Provided you were truthful to Mr. Patel about your situation, while you were hiring him).

I was charged with Dangerous Driving and was looking at facing some Jail Time. First thing I did was contact the one of the best lawyers for a Dangerous Driving Charge in Alberta, Mr. J.S. Patel. So anyways Mr. Patel advised me that I had a legitimate chance at winning this case. Mr. Patel was very friendly, and open to any questions or concerns that I had with this case. The court date came around, and he arrived early to the courthouse to make sure he was adequately prepared for the trial. We weren't even there half an hour after court was in session, and Mr. Patel had the "Dangerous Driving" Charge revoked.
