Be careful, no recommendable and unethical firm. Moto ..You don’t need to be a lawyer if you are going to fight against them. My counterpart raised false testimonies at court and obviously got all orders she wanted and made all court appearances without a lawyer. I lost my job and had to go back home to help me relatives and I have let my counterpart know situation and she agreed as she wanted to be come back home as well. As, I was overseas, I had hired this firm to help me, in my case because she raised spousal support order during my absence, I submitted all my information to Rahima and obviously, I was charge for it but I had to repeat over and over the same stated in documents. So many details were omitted on affidavits and said this is our case and we are confident we will win. I had to get notarized affidavits overseas and all info was sent just 3 to 4 days from deadline and she told me that she had to get a permit called FIAT at court (obviously more time and rest you know). Also, once I had sent an affidavit through FEDEX, guess what this office was not opened at 9AM (Affidavit Deadline submission day) and had to call her and charged me for informing that nobody was at office and was on the way. Anyhow, hearing day came, and counterpart filed info after deadlines and it was accepted by court and not refuted by my lawyer, Beautiful isn´t? second the most important info was not seen by court (notarized info sent) including government fraud using my child by counterpart, third I paid all house expenses of my counterpart for 1.5 years, paid for he education during 1 year and all this info was not recognized or even brought up at court and lawyer did not even mid mention it. Well result, spousal support for 7 years and retroactive for year and half, child rights gone, high child support, for court I ran away and did not consider my relatives’ situation. End of exercise with the new order, because there was a high debt, MEP took away my passport, intervene my accounts and emptied it out and lock them because I do not have money to pay full amount. Because I don´t have money, my child pretty much it´s been kidnapped legally by my counterpart and support of court and negligence. Beautiful job Igras Lawyer. I inform all of this to Mr. Igras and said that he was going to review it and after 3 months, I am still waiting. Just be careful when you make a choice, we all know lawyers don´t care you case and they are playing with your life and future.

Hired Igras at the end of July, 2018. I was paying almost $15,000.00 in support per month and had no contact with my kids. As of September 19, 2018 I pay $5,900.00 and have my children almost half the time. Very pleased.

Without a doubt the worst family law office I’ve ever dealt with. They are quick to take a retainer, but slow with everything else. I had decided to withdraw from them representing me only to discover after a short 1.5 weeks of their so called “help” a full $1,500 retainer gone with nothing to show for it. AND.... that’s not ALL!!! I later received a email stating I owe more money! And if I don’t pay it they are going To send it to collections!!!!! (I’m of maternity leave) As I read the comments, it looks as thogh I’m not the only one that feels this way towards this firm.

Rahima Shariff is the best lawyer. She gives her 100% in her client's . I feel I'm very lucky to have Rahima Shariff as my lawyer. My spouse and his counsel have been very manipulative and have always tried to put down my parenting skills but Rahima Shariff always stood to protect my interest . Rahima Shariff is an honest Lawyer who has not over charged me or charged beyond my expectation . She did not charge single extra penny. I will never hesitate to recommend Rahima shariff . The incompetence at this law firm is staggering ? Their license to practice law should be revoked. Of course you dont know who I am because you cant distinguish between your a55 from a hole in the ground. It matters not, clearly others have endured the same incompetence and you know you fail at your service to the public. Take care :)
