Five years ago I embarked on a relationship with Vince and his company. I did a thorough vetting of several local and national patent organizations but after meeting with Vince I knew I had met the person that could help me through this intensive process. To begin with he explained, in detail, the process and potential pitfalls of my patent and wanted to make sure that I understood the risks and this would not be an overnight success. Moving forward we both (Vince and I) knew that my idea was something unique and it would be important once starting the process to see it through to the end. There were times that I was frustrated and disheartened, but that was the inventor in me and was never directed at Vince or Innovative Licensing and Promotion. If I called, he was there to answer. If I needed clarification I was able to speak either to him or another person in the organization to get my answers. There was even an occasion or two where I just needed a friendly voice to remind me why I was doing this and could call Vince and he was there to be a sounding board. My patent was complex and for an industry that files thousands of patents annually. It took time, required patience, needed revisions and a great deal of trust and communication. During the last 5 years Vince has gone above and beyond the call to make sure I understood everything that was happening and what was being done to move things forward. To be very honest, in the end, not only was my patent recently granted but I had made a friend and excellent business connection in the process. I would not hesitate recommending Vince and the Team at Innovative Licensing and Promotion to anyone for their patent, licensing or promotional needs. They did an excellent job working with me and I will soon be hanging a shiny new patent on my wall!

DON'T DO IT!! You will NOT get a patent and lose everything! Vince and his puny company are a joke, and you will lose all your money and have nothing to show for. I went to Vince 5 years ago with my life dream and my invention, and he convinced me to engage with him to get my patent. After paying nearly 90 grand, I have no patent and the fact of having no patent bankrupted my company. Vince did NOT understand my invention, and the lawyer he gave me (Vince is not a lawyer, he is basically a pimp or middleman just their to take your money) didn't have a clue about my invention, or patents in general. I was on a conference call with our patent examiner and this 'lawyer' and the examiner informed us that the patent was nearly in the bag, and the 'lawyer' had to do some procedural things to finish it. Well our lawyer didn't understand, Vince didn't understand and the 'lawyer' was paid tens of thousands of dollars to 'do his job' which he failed to do. This screw up resulted in us having to file a 'continuance' or RCE. We paid over 5 grand to have this done, and they didn't even do it and the patent was abandonded. They even said that they sent the forms in! They never did (the patent office NEVER received any documents), they just took our money. It took over three years, and never was a patent awarded even though the examiner said all the claim objections were overcome. Basically, the Lawyer and Vince screwed it up so bad because they didn't even know what they were doing. My invention was a streaming media USB device (check out Vince's website... that USB stick is my invention) and Vince tried to convince me that my own invention 'downloaded' data and didn't 'stream' data. He said that patent office wouldn't understand what 'streaming' was .... It would be funny if it wasn't so serious. BTW there is a whole category of patents for 'streaming data'.. (I thought they wouldn't understand what that was Vince?). The lawyer even put the word 'downloading' on my patent, when my device does no such thing. There is so much more to this story, but the moral is... Stay away from Vince and Innovative if you want to be successful! You will NOT get a patent, only a broken heart and empty wallet. Vince will tell you crap like the three legged chair, bla bla.. what he won't tell you is that he got you a patent. I have asked many times for him to show me any patents that he has received... NEVER ONCE did I see a patent he has been awarded. I have always wondered how he is still in business, but then I remember the gravy train he has engineered.. paying thousands of dollars each time their is a response to the patent office, and it never ever gets done and you run out of money, and he is laughing with his 'no guarantees' get out of jail free card. This was the worst decision I have ever made to engage with this company and hopefully you won't make the same mistakes I did listening to his drivel.
