Jordan, Spencer and her team have been my personal champions in an ongoing case with a extremely difficult personality trying to alienate father and daughter. My case is being handled with compassion, poise and professionalism next to none. Knowledge of family law, parental rights and case precedent, and in particular knowledge in the field of psychology has been particularly invaluable. A recent one star review (from upset opposition) speaks of an application for child support that was not even represented by Ms. Crerar. In fact Jordan, Spencer and her team were quite successful so far on the matters in which we appeared in court and evidence collected from questioning. We were extremely happy in that a Parenting Coordinator was appointed by Justice. It’s unfortunate that the reviewer would resort to such slander tactics after not having been happy with the results. I can assume this is the nature of the business when dealing with difficult cases. The cost of legal was very reasonable and due consideration was given with the costs and difficulty in dealing with a self-rep with limited legal knowledge, frivolous and unsuccessful applications, and very little tact or respect for due process and the Justice system. The reviewer was not privy to the costs indicated in the review, and not even close to the amount indicated. I’m quite optimistic after having worked with Jordan’s team, that the desired result will be more than favourable for Dad and daughter. I would highly endorse Crerar and team in dealing with a such a volatile and trying case. Jordan and Spencer, my daughter and I appreciate all you have done for us!

Jordan and her team handle very sensitive cases all day, every day, and mine was no exception. Jordan is very well-respected within the court system and represented me with the utmost of professionalism. Jordan flawlessly maintained a delicate balance of ferocious strength and enduring compassion while representing me through one of the more difficult times of my life. I have so much gratitude towards her and her staff and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a winning team to represent them in family court.

Ms. Crerar represented a father who was against myself as a self-represented litigant. She enabled him to present a case for undue hardship to reduce his child support. Yet the father made $175K. Obviously, not acceptable. Horrible she would even allow this given she is a mother. She was unprofessional, bullying, rude and used fear tactics to scare me. I did not fall for her underhanded methods in family law. It is all about the children. Bullying a single mother is unjust. Thankful I am well educated, prepared and represented myself well. Ms. Crerar was put in her place. I am grateful that the justice system eventually understood her bullying tactics and put her in her place. Do not use this lawyer. She is all about making money. Not about what is best for children or families. She will resort to lying, bullying, belittling and fear tactics. Creating more conflict between 😊 the parties unnecessarily. The father spent over $100,000 on legal fees unnecessarily. He ended up with less. I am thankful I was able to persevere and that justice prevailed. You do not require a law degree. Just common sense and put your children first as any good parent does. 🙏💛
