I have used the legal services of Woolley and Co. a number of times over the years when buying or selling properties and Edward was amazing to work with. Edward and his staff took care of every detail and we were so happy with their guidance and services! Woolley and Co (their entire team) were excellent in their due diligence in representing us whether we were buying or selling a property - from reception to legal support to administrative work - we have always had very positive experiences. Last year, my mom passed away unexpectedly and we were in SK for the funeral and completely overwhelmed with grief. We had a property purchase closing at that exact time. Ed took it upon himself after sending an email to say that he would take care of the details and then he connected with realtors (ours and the seller's) to coordinate everything for the change of dates since we were away and kept all the balls in the air on our behalf. He went above and beyond to help us during that difficult time. Ed and Tricia assisted with our most recent home sale (and purchase of a new home) and both was fantastic. I can't say enough about this law firm and just how remarkable they are.If you're looking for a great law firm with an exceptional team, Woolley and Co. are the best!

I had a great experience working with Woolley & Co. I used them for a recent real estate purchase, Edward is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me immensely. The staff is kind and helpful. Tricia went above and beyond any expectations I had set. I am working with another law firm currently and I have to jump through hoops to get in contact with someone. Everyone there is present and attentive to my needs and concerns. Overall I had a wonderful experience.

Would not recommend for real estate closing. Edward Woolley is nice but the Legal Assistant, Tricia, left things until the very last minute. She called the afternoon of closing to find information that she didn’t have. We gave her everything she needed weeks prior. The result was that she emailed our lender after 4pm asking for transfer of funds. Our lender is based out of eastern Canada. She promised to stay until she heard back, but called at 4:33pm (3 minutes past the end of her 8:30-4:30 day) to say she’s guessing they’re gone for the day. So no transfer of funds the day of closing when she had weeks to get everything to the lender. Purchasing a home is stressful enough without having to worry about losing the home & forfeiting our deposit because of somebody else’s bad time management.
